Optical level set

One of the greatest strengths of the MAX family of piercing machines is very good accuracy. But in order to take full advantage of the machine's capabilities in this regard, precise positioning of the machine at the start of the boring pit is required. With a special optical instrument and a pole, we have the ability to precisely align the machine in the starting pit. Positioning means marking out the optimal boring path between the starting pit and the target pit. The instrument sets the direction vertically as well as horizontally, which means that we can set the direction as well as the elevation with it. Thus, it is possible to perform boring with a slope (important for gravity sewers) without any problems.

The optical set manufactured by TERMA has a solid and durable construction. The optics casing is made of solid metal plate, protecting it from damage.

The base is made of aluminum angle iron, which greatly increases the device's resistance to unforeseen circumstances on the construction site.

Inside the optics case, in addition to the scope itself, there is a bubble vial, an element that facilitates correct aiming.
